Can you e-mail me (to: contact@inklen.com) from the e-mail that you used when you purchased MixEmergency? I don't have the e-mail you've used to sign up for the forum on record here.
I don't have that e-mail in the purchase database, perhaps you can e-mail me (support@inklen.com) from the address that you purchased MixEmergency with?
